摘要: The effect of potential and temperature on the IGSCC furnace sensitized Type 304 stainless steel in dilute aqueous solutions containing a variety electrolytes, such as Na/sub 2/SO/sub 4/, 4/ + H/sub NaCl, B(OH)/sub 3/ LiOH, 2/HPO/sub NaH/sub 2/PO/sub has been studied at temperatures ranging from 100 to 275/sup 0/C using slow strain rate technique. A critical above which occurs determined function solution composition. propagation intergranular cracks can be arrested by changing values below potential. Corrosion fatigue crack growth rates have measured loading frequency sulfate 250/sup 0/C. At frequencies lower than 0.08 Hz range are greatly enhanced, corresponding change fracture mode transgranular intergranular. Finally, heat treatment time temperature, well cold work prior treatment, degree sensitization newly developed electrochemical methods. 40 refs., 39 figs.
