摘要: A retrospective study on laparoscopic results in the abdominal staging of 297 patients with melanoma, is reported. In 195 (99.3%) patients, laparoscopy was technically feasible, and 10% clinical stage changed basis findings. 34% metastasis liver peritoneum, tumor had a diameter under 1 cm therefore not detectable non-invasive techniques. light these advisable Stage I melanoma at high risk metastatization (Clark IV-V; Breslow greater than 0.76 mm) II patients. III seems indicated for an evaluation efficacy systemic treatment.
