摘要: A constitutive law to describe the mechanical behaviour of native bovine pericardial samples is proposed. The model based upon an idealization tissue structure and in particular makes use preferential orientation collagen elastin fibres plane along a mechanically predominant direction. This non-axisymmetric layout has been shown past cause systematic variation tensile strength stiffness with angle orientation. proposed relation provided very good fit for results collected two orthogonal principal directions uniaxial biaxial testing modes. It also allowed better understanding interaction various load bearing elements was able some strange features tissue's anisotropic behaviour.
