摘要: In life and dosage-response studies, progressively censored samples arise when at various stages of an experiment, some though not all the surviving sample specimens are eliminated from further observation. The remaining after each stage censoring continued under observation until failure or a subsequent censoring. this paper maximum likelihood estimators distribution parameters derived for normal, exponential censored.
