摘要: Abstract The densification and phase formation of liquid sintered silicon carbide (LPSSiC) with 10 wt.% additives were investigated. ratio the Al 2 O 3 /Y -additives was changed between 4:1 1:2. Densification carried out by hot pressing gas pressure sintering. different routes result in major grain boundary phases—aluminates materials silicates pressed samples. Thermodynamic calculations to determine amount during for interpretation results.
