摘要: The classical method for the determination of molecular weight distribution (MWD) curve a polymer requires fractionation according to and prior calibration separator. It is shown that use dual detection system which includes mass sensitive detector eliminates need calibration. principles operation low-angle light scattering photometer, working as such detector, are presented, well basic equations MWD from elution average weights. Then performances photometer discussed with special emphasis on various sources errors unaccuracies in these determinations.
