Gonadal transcriptome analysis of hybrid triploid loaches (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) and their diploid and tetraploid parents.

摘要: Hybrid triploid loaches (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) were generated from natural tetraploid and diploid loaches. We studied the gonads of parents offspring direct reciprocal crosses through histological transcriptome analyses. The had inferior ability to form sperm egg cells compared with forms. After sequencing transcriptomes, 655,109,158 clean reads obtained, 62,821 unigenes 178,962 transcripts assembled. Of these unigenes, 23,189 annotated in GO database, 18,525 KEGG database 24,661 KOG database. 36 fertility-related genes found be differentially expressed between cross (2n × 4n) progenies their parents, while 53 (4n 2n) parents. Following protein-protein interaction network analyses, 54 genes, including PLCB4, cyp17a1 Pla2g4d, mined, yielding candidate involved poor fertility hybrid This is first report transcriptomes offering a substantial contribution sequence resources for this species providing deep insight into molecular mechanism controlling fish.
