摘要: Using responses from a questionnaire detailing herbicide exposure during service in Vietnam and information on job classifications, we investigated the relationship between 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) body burden self-reported enlisted members of Operation Ranch Hand, United States Air Force spraying mission Vietnam. We constructed three TCDD indices data: number days skin (DAYS), percentage area exposed (PCNT), combined index (SRI) which was product these concentration herbicide. A fourth (AFI) based gallons sprayed men also studied. The regression model most predictive levels (R2 = 0.61) included classification (divided into four categories), exposure, percent fat tour duty, relative change fat. with alone had an R2 0.60. were to further explain classifications highest potential for exposure: Hand flight engineers ground crew. In two groups, significantly associated levels. Overall, best
