摘要: Clinical relevance The clinician should consider the polymerization shrinkage stress when selecting a composite resin for posterior restorations. use of post-gel values guide selection teeth. Summary Objectives: objective this study was to evaluate effect method used calculation shrinkage, total or post-gel, on conventional and bulk-fill resins restoring endodontically treated teeth using finite element analysis. Methods Materials: Four were tested (P-Shr) by strain-gauge test (TShr) an optical (n=10). Two resins, Filtek Z350 XT (3M-ESPE; Z350) TPH3 Spectrum (Dents-ply; TPH3) two resins. Bulk-Fill Posterior POST) SureFil SDR flow (Dentsply; SDR) tested. Elastic modulus (E), diametral tensile strength (DTS), compressive (CS) also determined residual evaluated analysis with four restorative techniques: incremental TPH3; SDR/TPH3 (two bulk increments 4 mm occlusal increments); 5 POST. Data P-Shr, T-Shr, E, DTS, CS analyzed variance Tukey's (α=0.05), quantitatively qualitatively modified von Mises criteria. Results: had lowest values, POST similar intermediate highest CS. DTS higher than SDR. lower T-Shr. T-Shr resulted in P-Shr values. value. Conclusion: enamel root dentin close pulp chamber changed ranking resin.
