摘要: The present work emphasizes the microwave absorption performance of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT)/SiC composites prepared by mechanically mixing components, i.e., SWCNT and SiC in desired weight fractions using a cost-effective simple ball-milling route. results reveal that integration with small fraction exhibited an improved Ku band compared to pristine SiC. SWCNT/SiC composite 2.5 wt.% superior behavior minimum reflection loss − 37.11 dB and < − 10 dB bandwidth 4.38 GHz for absorber thickness 2 mm. efficiency was also measured corresponding − 10 dB, which is equivalent 90% when evaluating performance. A maximum 18.95 dB GHz/mm observed dispersion 3.4 dB Enhanced characteristics may be attributed various mechanisms, such as dipole polarization, multiple scatterings, reflections, conductive loss, interfacial defect-induced polarization. indicate they serve encouraging thin candidates application band.
