摘要: Abstract The presented paper is mainly aimed at estimating the residual lifetime of metal used for offshore gas pipeline under a low amplitude cyclic load applying S- and J-methods pipelaying. Taking into account preliminary effect deformation on welded joint base material pipe, tests fatigue have been carried out physical mechanical regularities in failure materials established. obtained results show that plasticity embrittlement pipe wall employing pipelaying do not practically affect loading, but rather exert significant influence within high range process activates accumulation defects strain aging.
