摘要: Transport processes are the whereby mass, energy, or momentum transported from one region of a material to another under influence gradients velocity, temperature, composition. They characterized respectively by viscosity, thermal conductivity and diffusion coefficients, their introduction forms first part this chapter. A brief discussion molecular theory describes what is known can be predicted. Accurate measurements necessary therefore current techniques briefly presented. The chapter concluded with reference values for coefficients employed calibration instruments.
