摘要: Histamine releasing factor (HRF) generatedin vitro by spleen cells of immunized mice activates homologous peritoneal mast (both normal and sensitized) for small but consistent, dose-dependent histamine 5-hydroxytryptamine release. Both the time-course this release its susceptibility to enhancing effect D2O were similar those observed in IgE-induced release; however, simultaneous challenge sensitized with HRF specific antigen or anti-IgE showed an additive effect, suggesting that mediator IgE system are independent one another.
