摘要: Abstract This chapter introduces the single crystal growth and fundamental properties of indium oxide (In2O3), which is a transparent semiconducting oxide. Tin-doped In2O3 widely used for electrodes in practical applications such as solar cells. For electronic device applications, most films were grown on glass at low temperature with polycrystalline and/or amorphous crystalline structures. To understand potential material its functions, crystals epilayers are discussed model systems. The starts by presenting growth, including thin film epitaxial growth. It ends explaining band structure, defects relating to oxygen vacancies, properties.
