摘要: Removal of fluoride from model water (distilled + NaF salt Na2SO4) by electrocoagulation using iron electrode was investigated in this study. Experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects current density (0.5-3 mA/ cm 2 ), initial pH (5-9), and supporting electrolyte (Na2SO4) dosage (0.005-0.03M) on performance system. The influent value found be a very important parameter that affected removal significantly. Therefore, 6 determined most proper for highest treatment efficiency obtained largest applicable density. concentration 5 mg/L reduced down 0.82 with 83.6 % electrical energy consumption (EEC) 1.4 kWh/m 3 at 1mA/cm whereas 1.03 which is within range suggested WHO reached 79.4% EEC 0.2 0.5 mA/cm
