摘要: Neural stem cells which can be provided stably and are free from the problem of compatibility in transplantation disclosed. The separated human amniotic mesenchymal cell layer express vimentin, nestin BrdU markers neural cells. also differentiated to expressing alkaline phosphatase, that is, osteocytes, collagen type II, chondrocytes.
