摘要: Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is an exceedingly rare tumour associated with poor survival for which radical surgical excision remains the only potentially curative treatment. This chapter based on data collected by author during publication of a systematic review this topic published in British Journal Surgery [1] and work as senior guidelines perioperative care ACC patients through collaboration between European Society Endocrine Surgeons (ESES) Network Study Adrenal Tumours (ENSAT) [2].
