摘要: Organic matter mineralization depends on how microbiota access nutrients, substrates and soil fertilization. This study shows influence of perennial (sugarcane) annual (soybean corn) crops the activity enzymes participating in carbon, nitrogen phosphorus cycles proposes using hydrolases as bioindicators quality. Samples were collected, during dry season rainfall, six different plots where sugarcane, soybean, corn native Cerrado soils could be found at same location. We evaluated chemical properties α- β-glucosidase, acid phosphatase, protease glycine aminopeptidase from 48 samples collected 0-10 cm depth. Sample monoculture showed low organic content, total microbial biomass carbon. Native had major activities alpha- beta-glucosidase, phosphatase while sugarcane areas minor values. Despite vegetation replacement decreasing biodiversity reducing biochemical activity, stimulate this environment maintain nutrient cycling. Soil hydrolase can used these ecosystems.
