摘要: Abstract Wollastonite (CaSiO 3 ) ceramics with various magnesia contents (0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mol%) were successfully prepared by sintering sol–gel derived precursors. The effects of MgO content on microstructure, in vitro bioactivity degradability wollastonite reported. are composed β-CaSiO . When adding 5 mol% MgO, the new phase Ca Mg(SiO 4 2 forms. With increasing content, CaMgSi O 6 MgSi 7 form. All possess apatite formation ability simulated body fluid. TEM results indicated that ceramic structure is polycrystal. decreases total pore volume degradation rate decreased gradually content.
