摘要: Low-temperature specific heat and thermal expansion measurements are used to study the hydrogen-based ferroelectric lawsonite over temperature range 1.8 K ≤ T 300 K. The second-order phase transition near 125 is detected in experiments, low-temperature determined be improper co-elastic. In K, spontaneous polarization Ps proportional (1) volume strain es, (2) excess entropy ΔSe. These proportionalities confirm character of transition. We develop a structural model that allows off-centering hydrogen positions generate polarization. limit we detect Schottky anomaly (two-level system) with an energy gap Δ ~ 0.5 meV.
