摘要: Abstract The transport of l -[131I]monoiodotyrosine by everted sacs small intestine is dependent on active accumulation this amino acid in the gut wall, terminal ileum being most segment. Its stimulated glucose, which depresses efflux monoiodotyrosine from mucosal surface intestine. Certain aminoacids and potassium ion competitively inhibit moniodotyrosine transport. α-amino acids -configuration with a free group long non-polar side-chain are effective inhibitors.
