摘要: Abstract A 4.7 Tesla internal source matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization (MALDI) ion cyclotron resonance (FTICR) (MALDI-FTICR) has been constructed to examine ions in the 1000–10000 Da mass range. This instrument combines several recent innovations for enhancing trapping and detection of high mass-to-charge. Ions up m/z 11 000 have efficiently trapped detected with signal-to-noise (S/N). By using quadrupolar excitation axialize ions, resolutions 1.5 million gramicidin S, 65 insulin, 85 146-mer polyethylene glycol obtained. 100% remeasurement efficiency is shown 200 cycles at 2000 S/N normal energies. remeasurement, effects from parameters such as voltage r.f. power are examined under conditions that independent yield. tuning method presented uses produced by one shot systematically optimize signal strength resolution FTICR detection.
