摘要: We have measured the current noise in a device with Corbino geometry to investigate dynamics of electrons breakdown regime integer quantum Hall effect (QHE). In regime, Fano factor exceeds ${10}^{3}$, which indicates presence electron bunching. As super-Poissonian is observed only bunching related QHE breakdown. These observations support mechanism that involves an avalanche.
