摘要: This review summarises the existing knowledge on phenotype of carcinoma in situ (CIS) cell. CIS is a common pre-invasive precursor testicular germ cell tumours adolescents and young adults. These display variety histological forms. Classical seminoma proliferates along lineage, whereas embryonal retains embryonic features readily differentiates into teratomas that resemble various somatic lineages. A thorough gene expression cells comparison to normal overt supports view for both tumour types. Impaired differentiation resulting partial retention features, associated with an increasing genomic instability may be responsible remarkable phenotypic heterogeneity cells. Depending degree pluripotency, found adult patients seem predestined further malignant progression one or other two main types tumours. new concept continuity germinal lineage gradual loss based analysis all during their ontogeny presented this review. The data point out despite continuum expression, there are periods rapid changes expression: first at transition from primordial pre-spermatogonia, later pubertal switch mitotic meiotic division. persistent traits cells, high cycle regulators typical support our long-standing hypothesis originate gonocytes not testis.
