摘要: Spaceborne interferometric synthetic aperture radar (InSAR) techniques for measuring ice flow velocity and topography have developed rapidly over the last decade a half, revolutionizing study of dynamics. interferometry has contributed to major progress in many areas glaciological by: providing first comprehensive measurements ice-stream outlets Greenland Antarctica; revealing that outlet-glacier can change (months years); improving understanding several ice-sheet ice-shelf processes; flux-gate based mass-balance assessment; mapping mountain glaciers; capturing geomorphic traces past flow. We review basic technique development, measurement characteristics, extensive set results yielded by these measurements.
