摘要: Commercial deployment of low-Earth orbit/medium Earth orbit (LEO/MEO) satellite constellations such as Iridium, Globalstar, and Odyssey will play an important role in the military beyond line-of-sight communications. There are obvious benefits from use based personal communications systems (PCS) because they offer tactical mobility anywhere world. A number issues concerned with functionally efficient integration GSM signalling services a LEO mobile communication system considered. It introduces modified procedures which provide for prioritised access call set-up, reduced set-up delays.
