摘要: Fifty-seven transurethrally resected bladder tumors were analyzed to determine whether different pathologists, using the World Health Organization grading system, graded same tumor differently (interindividual consistency) and pathologist a at times (intraindividual consistency). Disturbingly high inter- intraindividual inconsistency in of was found. All pathologists showed essentially degree inconsistency: In almost 50 per cent cases by pathologist. The inconsistencies might invalidate usefulness clinical decision-making.
