摘要: Regulative measures and rising energy cost foster the trend towards efficient manufacturing. However, companies are facing hurdles such as high effort little expertise when implementing efficiency measures. Moreover, embodied of products cannot be determined accurately in eco-assessments factories. This paper presents a methodology for reliable prediction consumption arbitrary manufacturing processes. It is based on minimal measurements requires previous knowledge due to precise guidelines. Consumption models help allocate products, calculate product carbon footprint derive validate improve production. The has been applied medium size company with large number different machines.
