摘要: The ADA Amendments Act of 2008 ("ADAAA") will require courts to address many important interpretive questions raised by the original statute, such as meaning reasonable accommodation. After amendments, attention shift from determining whether individual is disabled, analyzing accommodation and what accommodations employers be required provide. With this new focus, it even more pressing that develop a proper consistent framework for ambiguous term art.
