摘要: We describe an ontology for cell types that covers the prokaryotic, fungal, animal and plant worlds. It includes over 680 types. These are classified under several generic categories organized as a directed acyclic graph. The is available in formats adopted by Open Biological Ontologies umbrella designed to be used context of model organism genome other biological databases. freely at http://obo.sourceforge.net/ can viewed using standard visualization tools such OBO-Edit COBrA.
