摘要: The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether robotic surgery is superior laparoscopic for protecting urinary function in male patients with rectal cancer. We systematically searched PubMed, Web Science Core Collection, Cochrane Library, and Embase databases relevant articles April 2020. All about the differences between surgeries cancer were identified. patients’ assessed using International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS). After searching, eight studies 955 included. Four hundred sixty-six included group, 489 group. Statistical analysis IPSS scores indicated that provided better recovery than at 3 12 months post-operatively (mean difference(MD), − 1.26; 95% CI, − 2.24 − 0.07; p = 0.04; MD, − 1.02; − 1.79 − 0.25; p = 0.009); there no significant difference two groups 6 months (MD, − 0.76; − 1.73 0.21; p = 0.12). Therefore, we concluded more effective function.
