摘要: Objectives: Muscular arteries are vulnerable to vasospasm unlike elastic arteries. Having developed experimental models of composite arterial grafts, we assessed and compared the responses grafts with different pharmacological agents using angiography early in postoperative period. Subjects Methods: We harvested internal thoracic artery (ITA) brachial-median (BMA) from 10 sheep. BMA was used as an alternative radial artery. Each vessel histologically morphologically. Then, a serial graft constructed so that interposed. On day one or two, performed on measure diameter each response phenylephrine (α-adrenergic receptor agonist), nitroglycerin+phenylephrine, milrinone+phenylephrine. Results: The had wide media layer which consisted abundant smooth muscle cells. combined intima were thicker than ITA (p<0.01). After injection phenylephrine, decreased (2.5±0.4 mm 1.9± 0.3 mm, p<0.01), while remained unchanged (3.7±0.2 3.6±0.2 mm). Continuous infusion nitroglycerin milrinone prevented phenylephrine-induced vasoconstriction (p<0.05). Conclusions: These results suggest muscular have more pronounced vasoconstrictive α-adrenergic agonists To avoid potential decrease flow artery, it is advisable use vasodilator
