摘要: Despite significant improvements in diagnostic methods and innovations therapies for specific cancers, effective treatments neoplastic diseases still represent major challenges. Nanotechnology as an emerging technology has been widely used many fields also provides a new opportunity the targeted delivery of cancer drugs. Nanoscale chemotherapy drugs to tumor site is highly desirable. Recent studies have shown that nanoscale drug systems not only ability destroy cells but may be carriers Some demonstrated via greater therapeutic benefit than either treatment modality alone. In this review, novel approaches are described recent progress field discussed.
