摘要: Abstract In this work, a novel amperometric biosensor of hydrogen peroxide (H 2 O ) was developed based on the immobilization myoglobin (Mb) surface multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) –Nafion–cysteamine (CA) modified gold electrode (Au) and its electrocatalytic activity used for determination nitrite (NO − ). optimization studies, best MWCNT amount were investigated. It discovered at experiments working conditions that buffer study as 50.0 mM, pH 7.0 phosphate (PBS) temperature 30 °C H biosensor. determined characterization studies linear results are obtained between ranges 0.1 μM to 70.0 μM concentration 1–250 μM NO . The reproducibility both nitrite. From experiments, average value, standard deviation (SD) coefficients variation (CV%) calculated be 10.02 ± 0.43 μM, 4.29% 10.0 μM ( n = 6) 52.0 ± 2.1 μM, 3.89% 50.0 μM = 8), respectively. At same time sample analyzed in drinking mineral waters.
