摘要: Abstract A detailed comparison of the energy uniform phase and phases exhibiting periodic density fluctuation is presented for extended nuclear systems. The short-range correlations are taken to be Jastrow type calculations carried through two-body cluster order. With semi-realistic central potentials containing hard cores, no energetic advantage a non-uniform state detected, either in symmetrical matter or pure neutron matter. However, analysis gives useful information on conditions favoring an instability homogeneous points essential role tensor force formation spin-(isospin-) waves.
