摘要: Three-dimensional (3D) scaffolds offer the required architectural support for cell growth and tissue regeneration (Hutmacher in J Biomater Sci Polym Ed 12:107–124, 2001; Lee et al. Tissue Eng Part B Rev 14:61–86, 2008 [1, 2]). Synthetic polymers such as polyglycolic acid, polycaprolactone, polylactic polytetrafluoroethylene are normally used making 3D scaffolds.
