摘要: Based on the excellent capability of dielectric spectrometry for liquid measurements, covering enormous frequency range from 10?6 Hz to 1013 Hz, an outline possible future developments is presented. Two challenging tasks are briefly discussed: further enhancement accuracy beyond present experimental errors about 1%, and design methods fast non-destructive material characterizations in a broad field applications.
