摘要: Abstract Context.—CD117 (c-Kit) and lysozyme are frequently expressed by myeloblasts sensitive markers for the diagnosis of extramedullary myeloid tumor. The cutaneous plasmacytoma presents a degree difficulty, particularly with plasmablastic variant, which can mimic hematologic as well epithelioid malignancies. Approximately 25% multiple myelomas express CD117 in bone marrow flow cytometry. Lysozyme immunoreactivity has been previously shown 30% poorly differentiated myelomas, while it is nonreactive nonmalignant plasma cells. Objective.—To ascertain whether aid plasmacytomas, type. Design.—Pathology reports 2357 patients myeloma were reviewed to find 13 plasmacytomas (8 Bartl grade II, 5 III). Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections stained on Dako Autostainer system. Setting....
