摘要: Generation of hydrogen negative ion rich plasmas is investigated in continuous wave (CW) and pulse modulated (PM) modes 2.45 GHz a minimum-B magnetic field. The waves are launched directly into the plasma device utilize particle resonances for high density generation. In CW operation, chamber divided two sections, namely, source downstream region, separated by transverse field that allows only cold electrons (∼1 eV) region helpful generation ions.
