摘要: A rectangular backfire antenna with a dielectric surface-wave structure is studied experimentally and theoretically. It consists basically of two plane reflectors as rectangular-waveguide prolongation. The construction compared those ordinary horn antennas, which are more than twice the length antenna. Simple expressions for far-field radiation pattern derived in terms near-field amplitude distribution.
