摘要: The broth microdilution method for fosfomycin and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was assessed compared with the approved agar dilution in 206 genetically unrelated P. clinical isolates. Essential agreement between two methods 84%, categorical 89.3%. Additionally, Etest disk diffusion assays were performed. Results validate as a reliable susceptibility testing against aeruginosa. Conversely, unacceptable concordance established results results.
