摘要: Hemorrhage remains a major cause of potentially preventable deaths. Trauma and massive transfusion are associated with coagulopathy secondary to tissue injury, hypoperfusion, dilution, consumption clotting factors platelets. Damage control surgery prioritizes early mechanical bleeding, while hemostatic resuscitation seeks mitigating the damage caused by through blood product transfusions. Although effective reversal is documented, most means preventing debated, randomized controlled studies lacking. Viscoelastic whole assays like thromboelastography (TEG) rotational thromboelastometry (ROTEM) can diagnose earlier than other assays. Patients uncontrolled bleeding who have had an optimal surgical intervention should be treated administration plasma, platelets, RBCs; this strategy guided TEG/ROTEM analysis.
