摘要: The emergence of the cloud computing paradigm promises flexibility and adaptability through on-demand provisioning compute resources. As utilization resources extends beyond a single provider, for business as well technical reasons, issue effectively managing such comes to fore. Different providers expose different interfaces their utilizing varied architectures implementation technologies. This heterogeneity poses significant system management problem, can limit extent which benefits cross-cloud resource be realized. We address this problem definition an architecture facilitate from in homogenous manner. preserves promised by paradigm, whilst enabling practical efficacy is demonstrated managed on Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) service. Additionally, we provide empirical results highlighting performance differential these interfaces, discuss impact efficiency profitability.
