摘要: Abstract Cross-section data, both for elastic and inelastic electron collisions with molecular oxygen, in the energy range 0.1–10 keV, have been obtained this study by combining theoretical experimental methods. Accurate total cross-sections (within 3%) measured a transmission beam system energies ranging from 400 to 5500 eV. Differential integral calculated means of scattering potential method framework independent atom model at 0.1 10 keV. The consistency our results has confirmed comparison previous ionisation cross-sections.
