摘要: Abstract The Drosophila TGFβ family member Decapentaplegic (DPP) has been proposed to function as a morphogen pattern cell fields in number of developmental contexts. A series recent reports add significantly our knowledge the mechanisms DPP-gradient formation and interpretation. These identity additional genes genetic circuitry necessary for this patterning system, they highlight variations that might reflect constraints within individual target fields.
