摘要: The in vivo genomic mutagenicity of colchicine Chinese hamster primary oocytes was analyzed at a carefully chosen dose that did not completely arrest the formation first meiotic spindle but exhibited remarkable ability to induce nondisjunction, very possibly as result inhibition tubulin polymerization.
