摘要: Quality of Service (QoS) guaranteed for multimedia services in next generation wireless/mobile cellular networks poses great challenges due to the scarce radio bandwidth. Therefore, demand effective and careful resource allocation is immensely needed. In this paper, we combine Call Admission Control (CAC) Adaptive Resource Allocation (ARA) algorithm into a novel framework, which call Connection-Level Controller (CLRC) provisioning connection-level QoS Multimedia networks. Simulation results show that framework able reduce Handoff Connection Dropping Probability (HCDP) active users real time zero level. Thus, it satisfies mobile users' needs resulting stable performance levels during heavy load periods. Furthermore, provides low New Blocking (NCBP), translated high utilization. This highly desirable property from service provider point view.
