摘要: Abstract In project development it is hardly possible to get exhaustive and accurate information. As a result, the situations occur, consequences of which can be very damaging project. Inaccurate evaluation strategy related capital investment implementation one reasons why such estimates are not required in practice. Instead, classification approaches may used for this purpose. The decision‐making process, based on established risk assessment principles expressed linguistic terms, requires qualitative judgement experiential knowledge construction experts.
