摘要: Annually, a large number of used plastic shopping bags are released into the environment, posing significant threats to public health and wildlife. Owing these concerns, many local, regional, national governments around world have passed legislation ban or restrict use bags. However, in USA there only 18 states that approved bag bans/fees, even within regulations do not cover all cities counties. There factors could affect development implementation regulations. This article employs an analytical hierarchy process analyse impact enactment Five identified based on statistical data, is, geographical location, interest industry achievable, cost living, level economic development, educational population. The weights five determined it is found possibility banning restricting general follows certain pattern among states.
