摘要: Background: Surgical Safety Checklist has been adopted in surgery room as a tool to improve safe surgery. Its implementation during 2012 was low (33.9%) so the completeness of filling it (57.3%). Objective: To increase (SSC) through analyzing effect policy, procedures, patient safety culture, and individual factors on compliance SSC room. Methods: Cross-sectional study with descriptive observational approach done find influencing health care personnels’ fill SSC. Sample consisted all nurses (45 nurses), 10 surgeons 4 anesthesists. Data collection made use questionnaires, surgical medical records form. Results: The April 2013 still (55.9%). Written policy absent awareness respondents about procedure low. Respondents’ assessment showed that culture good, except management stress recognition dimensions. Likewise, respondents’ knowledge (61.0%). Conclusion: conclude is absence written safety, lack socialization Standar Prosedur Operasional personnels, SSC, importance shortage nurses, innappropriate perception workload. Recomendation: will be making followed by training implementation, empowering advocating reminders.
